<description><![CDATA[It's probably a combination of both height and rotation speed. Make sure you focus on jumping straight up as opposed to forward, this happened to me a lot whenever i was learning to switch where i was landing (from pit to mat and from mat to grass/concrete). It helps if you pick a focal point at or above eye level. The fact that your legs are slamming on the ground afterward might mean you're opening up slightly early.]]></description>

Does anyone have any experience with these to recommend a progression, so that I do not over train and injure myself. I am currently doing pistols (one leg squats) on a declining surface and focusing on the eccentric phase.]]></description>
