Parkour, or the art of movement, is moving from one point to another as efficiently and quickly as possible using the abilities of the human body.

It is meant to help one overcome obstacles in the surrounding environment—from branches and rocks to rails and concrete walls—within rural and urban areas.

Sometimes you must think outside the box. Other times you must jump off the bridge to test gravity for the hell of it.

Hey other newbe here. Livin in the "ville" (huntsville). I use to do this shit back in high school but never know it had a name. Im just starting to get back into it and I must say I got a long way to go. I just hope this old [censored] body of mine holds up. Hell I am only 26 but I think that makes me an old man in this game. Anyway if anyone wants to jamin this area give me a shout.

Definitely not! Proof: [link]
In the end, no matter how old you are, it takes lots of practice. Hopefully that removes any mental barrier about being too old to do something. I guess your bones take longer to heal, but they also say that wisdom comes with age so... good luck training =)

im 14. me and another friend are trying to get a little group started, and i just found out that one or my teacher free runs. but last year there was a student teacher hook up, so the teachers cant really do anything outside of school with the kids. im going to try to talk him into making a parkour club.

Hey everyone! I live in Birmingham, kinda away from all these places. Me and a few friends parkour from time to time, not many places around here. If anyone knows of any parkour havens or just wanna come jam with us, just send me an e-mail. There are usually 5-6 of us including me in the group. We're all kinda new and only one of us can do any tricks so we stick to parkour. If you want to teach us though, you're welcome to share your knowledge! Ya'll take care

Yo, new member here. I've been doing parkour for about a year and a half. I currently reside in the Millry-Gilbertown area. Anyone wants to come down here? We'll hit some jumps and all kind of shit.
