Welcome to Overflux.com,
the southeast usa parkour community

(est. 2004)
Parkour, or the art of movement, is moving from one point to another as efficiently and quickly as possible using the abilities of the human body.

It is meant to help one overcome obstacles in the surrounding environment—from branches and rocks to rails and concrete walls—within rural and urban areas.

As a not-for-profit, community-driven organization, overflux is dedicated to the advancement of member traceurs (parkour practitioners).
As partners in training for parkour, we set up regular sessions open to everyone all around the southeast.

The videos don't necessarily have to be "new," just newer than the current video page.

I added the Gainesville jam videos and parsed the videos into groups based on state.

Updated to here. Keep them coming.

Hey Team Parlous, there is a thread discussing the next big Overflux jam here: [link]

This one will be held in Auburn, AL. As for more local jams, just keep checking the boards for people getting together in your area or organize your own jam. I'm sure if you put together a small jam, others would come out.

EDIT:
I updated the thread with my 2008 and 2009 videos and Sean's Summer Training video.

Good idea, Tom!
My video is pretty outdated, I've improved my movement a lot since then, but it's a video non-the-less.

Underbar is right by the high school, the side closest to the marta station. And the tree is by the parking garage and huge wall climb across the street from the magnolia trees
