I thought I'd update everybody on this. Sometimes old timers drop by and ask how things are going, so to update everybody, new and old, I'll put the lowdown here.

Attendance has been pretty sparse lately. I've kept up during periods of inactivity because I don't mind training alone, but would be nice to train with some old friendly faces again--John, Stacy, Carson, Bo, David? Chris and I are the only older members still regularly practicing, though he's taking a rest for his shins. Let's see some of this again!

Some newer people have come to practices this year: Briana, Michael, Saki, Anthony, and the Monroe group--Jon, Stevie, Jon, ?? (I'm sorry, I'm bad with names). Nice to see more people interested!

I hope to see more of you all. Campus is currently quiet (between semesters) and the weather is great. If you need reconditioning (with the team or just me), let me know and I'll be happy to help--it would take about a month. Let's get outside and have fun. :)

Sounds good Chris, I'll see you and David today. Should be a nice practice. I'll call Stacy and see if he wants to do crazy stuff tonight.

Lou, I know it's far, don't sweat it. :) I like your training enthusiasm, I look forward to training more with you in Atlanta.

Thanks Stevie! I can't think of you guys as the "Monroe Highschoolers" anymore, so you could come up with a group name if you want. ;)

Hey I'm extremely new to Parkour and Free Running but I'd like to get into it. I'll be moving to Fort Stewart in June and I'm looking for a good place to train on the weekend. Do you know off hand how far Athens is to Savannah?

Eyes open. Move forward.

Cody, you're certainly welcome to train with us. If you look at the Upcoming Events box, you should see all the info. Krys lives in Loganville, so you may be able to arrange a rideshare if she's feeling nice (no guarantee). :)

It's going to rain or be wet today, so you may want to wait until Thursday. I will be out today, but for strength conditioning likely in the rain, but fun stuff awaits on Thursday.

Just from talking to Saki last night, I could see where that has the potential to go bad. XP
