Welcome to Overflux.com,
the southeast usa parkour community

(est. 2004)
Parkour, or the art of movement, is moving from one point to another as efficiently and quickly as possible using the abilities of the human body.

It is meant to help one overcome obstacles in the surrounding environment—from branches and rocks to rails and concrete walls—within rural and urban areas.

As a not-for-profit, community-driven organization, overflux is dedicated to the advancement of member traceurs (parkour practitioners).
As partners in training for parkour, we set up regular sessions open to everyone all around the southeast.

Wow great weekend in Florida. I am surprised that I could have that much fun in so short of a time. The weekend was just like a jam; full of parkour and lame (but awesome) Brian jokes. It was especially fun seeing everybody and just hanging out. I feel very inspired again to continue training so hopefully we'll see some good improvement by the next jam. Keep Training my friends……………I'm on a horse.
Team Parlous
Whats up just wondering when the next jam is in ATL...

I'm heading out to Ben Burton for climbing rocks and trees later on if anybody would like to join. I'll be there in the main area at 4-4:30, then heading to the trails/rocks.

Getting Started

You might have seen parkour in a video or two, but are wondering, how do I get into this?! That's exactly why this website was created - to link traceurs from all over the southeast.
