| THE ITINERARY FOR JUNE 25-26 |
| Jam Schedule - AUBURN, AL Questions? Use the contact form (link at top)!Friday**Everyone gets in, as we have had a varying influx of people on the the friday of a jam, we might go for a late night run. Then again, we might just goof off. Who knows? Saturday**9am** Meet on Samford Lawn at. (That's the front Main Bldg that you see on all pictures of Auburn.) We will stretch and do ground based warm-ups, there is little to do parkour-wise for a reason. We have plenty of time to train, lets do it when everyone gets there, also it will keep people from injuring themselves before everyone gets there! We will depart from Samford Lawn and head into campus around 10AM. **Campus Training: We will explore campus, as well as have teaching sessions for newcomers while more experienced traceurs jam up areas within eye shot. **Special Activity!!!** There will be a short campus parkour course devised as a time trail course. This is not a competition per-say, it's more of learning experience mixed with some healthy scenario based work. We might get creative with it and add in items that one has to collect and carry with them while running the route! **1PM** Lunch- There are plenty of healthy spots downtown of campus, as well as a pita pit, and Little Italy, for those on a budget, there is a McDonald's and BK downtown with a dollar menu. **3PM** GYM TRAINING!!!! Lets face it- it's going to be HOT outside, so it makes sense to do the gym during the hottest part of the day. The fee is **10 DOLLARS** for 4 hours. We may or may not use the entire 4 hours. Afterwards we can either go back on campus to hit up spots we haven't hit, or break for dinner and come back to campus afterwards for a cooler night run. **Dinner** -- I will be hosting dining facilities at my house. I will be preparing an extremely cheap, good tasting VERY HIGH PROTEIN Meal. The Meal will be a mixture of Baked Beans, Ground Beef, Onions, Bell Peppers, and Cheese to add if you wish. If you wish to eat this meal just throw me 1 or 2 bucks. Its the cheapest high protein meal you find, and you don't have to cook it! For those planning to cook their own, you're free to use my kitchen. **We'll be having great fellowship and watching parkour vids on the big screen as well! Sunday**9AM** Sore day Training at Chewacla!!!!! Chewy offers a vast array of relaxing swimming, a high dive and dock to jump off of. As well as more challenging training, leaping from boulders and rock climbing. its 3 dollars to get in. Chewy is 5 minutes from campus so it's not much of a drive. We'll break sometime around lunch to go eat.... CHINESE BUFFET!!!! |
