FALL JAM!!! November 21-23
This fall's big session will be in Auburn Alabama. People will be traveling from all over the southeast to participate, learn, and communicate with other traceurs. ANYONE is invited - any skill level, any age, any background - just bring a smile and get ready to exercise!

More details as we get closer to the date. This will be the second time everyone has traveled to Auburn. Last time was BLAST so make sure to clear your calendar for the weekend of November 21-23 (just before Thanksgiving).

For more info, ask questions on this thread [link] or email -email-

See you there!

I have returned from the dead and I am sure that there is no one left who knows who I am. However, I am starting to train again in Auburn. Look at my profile, e-mail me and I can let you know when we are meeting.

I am Jarod. I just got serious about parkour, and its been an amazing journey so far. I train in Florence, SC; but there aren't very many technical spots. Still it gets you to get creative, so I like it.....plus its my hometown. hahaha

Getting Started

You might have seen parkour in a video or two, but are wondering, how do I get into this?! That's exactly why this website was created - to link traceurs from all over the southeast.
